Maine Public Utilities Commission (MPUC) will review the MAV contract on Tuesday, January 9th at 10:00 AM at the MPUC in Augusta. The agenda is listed here:

MPUC staff will be presenting recent work to make the term sheet into contract language. This is a review of the contract terms and conditions. There is no opportunity for input from external parties.
